On March 28th & 29th Texas Oculoplastic Consultants, along with the Seton Healthcare Family, hosted another successful bi-annual multi-disciplinary Oculoplastic Surgery seminar addressing topics in reconstructive facial surgery as well as current cosmetic procedures and techniques. The weekend included live surgery demonstrations and lectures by leading physicians in the fields of oculoplastic cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, facial plastic surgery, ophthalmology, and dermatology. Our very own John W. Shore MD honorably delivered the 1st Annual Russell W. Neuhaus Lecture. Other keynote speakers included Gregory Keller MD, clinical professor at UCLA and fellowship director of Facial Plastic Surgery in Santa Barbara, and George Hruza MD, President of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and Clinical Professor of Dermatology and Mohs surgery at St. Louis University. More than 60 physicians from around the country attended the seminar. Participants earned up to 6.5 CME (Continuing Medical Education) credits for attending the Saturday lectures.
