"I woke up with a swollen eyelid, with a feeling of glass every time I blinked. It was very painful and getting worse by the minute. Long story short of trying to be seen, including a visit to urgent care, unsuccessfully, I waited until today, Monday. To start off, Nick, who made my appointment is so very kind and understanding. He is the kind of contact people should have when they call in. He scheduled me an appointment with Dr. Blaydon. The lady at the desk was welcoming and efficient. I barely sat down Dr Blaydon's assistant, Tito, called me in, took my information. Then came in Dr McCoskey, who is part of their Fellowship program. Again, so kind as she reviewed why I came in. Next, the "big guy", Dr Blaydon. He knew the moment he walked in the door what I had. He sat down, explained it to me, gave me a treatment plan. At no point did I feel rushed. I felt very valued as a patient. Thank you to all of you who made me feel confident that I was getting the best treatment. Happy New Year! "

"I had such a good experience with Dr Brown. She saw me in her San Antonio office but I ended doing a biopsy of my lacrimal gland in the Austin office. Her staff is friendly and professional and she was just amazing. She explained everything to me in detail, made me feel very comfortable and followed up with me to see how I was doing afterwards. She even gave me her cell phone number to call her directly if I had any questions or concerns. Not only was she amazing but so was her work. You can’t even see the biopsy scar. I would definitely recommend Dr. Karen Brown."

"Dr Mazow did beautiful reconstruction on my lower lid after I had Mohs surgery with another surgeon. He is a perfectionist, and this shows in his surgery results. He was very patient in discussing all options and helping ease my anxiety about the surgery.
